These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Trade 4 Deals , a Delaware limited liability company (“Trade 4 Deals,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any person or entity that accesses or uses the Trade 4 Deals platform (“User,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing, registering on, or using the Trade 4 Deals website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. Definitions
1.1 “User” means any natural person or legal entity that accesses, registers for, or uses the Platform, whether as a buyer, seller, visitor, or in any other capacity.
1.2 “Listing” means any product, service, quotation, price, image, document, certification, or business information posted, transmitted, or displayed by a User through the Platform.
1.3 “Content” means all Listings, messages, images, files, text, data, product descriptions, communications, and materials transmitted or stored through the Platform.
1.4 “Transaction” means any commercial or business arrangement, including any agreement for the purchase, sale, shipment, financing, or payment for goods or services, entered into directly between Users, whether on or off the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
2.1 Trade 4 Deals operates a technology-based online B2B marketplace that enables Users to publish Listings, discover suppliers and buyers, and communicate with one another for business purposes.
2.2 Trade 4 Deals does not act as a buyer, seller, exporter, importer, broker, agent, distributor, freight forwarder, payment processor, escrow service, financial institution, or trading company.
2.3 All Transactions are conducted solely between Users, and Trade 4 Deals is not a party to any Transaction, agreement, or contract between Users.
2.4 Trade 4 Deals does not handle or control payments, hold or transfer funds, arrange shipping or logistics, issue invoices, verify delivery, perform due diligence on transactions, or enforce contractual obligations between Users.
3. Registration and User Representations
3.1 By registering for or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
(a) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
(b) if acting on behalf of a company, you are duly authorized to bind that company; and
(c) all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
4. User Content and Conduct
At Trade 4 Deals, we strive to provide a secure, transparent, and legally compliant marketplace for all users. This policy outlines our standards for content posting—including product listings, videos, brochures, and images—as well as our policies regarding intellectual property rights (IPR).
1. User-Generated Content Responsibility
trade4deals.com is a global platform that operates in accordance with international laws and standards. We encourage all users to ensure that the content they post aligns with these legal requirements and our platform policies. Please note that all content and listings on Tradewheel.com are submitted by third-party users. Tradewheel.com does not create, upload, or directly endorse any such content. Users bear full responsibility for ensuring that the information they share is lawful and compliant with both our policies and the applicable legal frameworks.
2. Prohibited and Restricted Content
Users may not post, sell, or buy any item that is prohibited by federal, state, or local laws in any country or jurisdiction. Content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or promotes intolerance or violence is strictly forbidden.
Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):
- Machines used in illegal drug manufacturing (e.g., pill presses, dies, molds)
- Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Unlicensed or unapproved medical devices and supplements (e.g., steroids, COVID kits)
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, silencers, tasers, pepper spray
- Hazardous chemicals and explosives (e.g., acids, fireworks, radioactive material)
- IPR-infringing, counterfeit, or replica products
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Racist, hateful, or religiously offensive materials
- Wildlife and animal products (e.g., ivory, shark fins, endangered species)
- Human remains or body parts (e.g., organs, blood, sperm)
- Financial, legal, or medical services requiring licenses
- Spyware, hacking tools, GSM interceptors, jammers, keyloggers
- Gambling-related items or services
- Requests for donations, counterfeit currency, and stamps
- Degrees, diplomas, government IDs, and uniforms
- Travel services, real estate listings, job offers, or financial services
- Listings meant only for collecting user data or offering non-tangible items
3. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Policy
Trade 4 Deals respects intellectual property rights and requires all users to comply with IPR laws and regulations. Posting counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded items is strictly prohibited.
Examples of IPR-infringing content include:
- Fake branded items, replica products, pirated software, or counterfeit goods
- Listings using unauthorized brand names, logos, or trademarked content
- Items that display trademarks or copyrights without permission
Repeated IPR violations may result in:
- Removal of listings
- Posting restrictions
- Account suspension or termination
Important Note:
TradeWheel.com is a neutral e-commerce platform and does not adjudicate IPR disputes between parties. Any action taken does not imply endorsement of a claim. Disputes must be resolved independently between the involved parties.
4. IPR Infringement Claims
We provide an Intellectual Property Protection (IPP) platform, a dedicated online reporting system that allows IPR holders to request removal of infringing listings.
To file a claim, the rights holder must submit:
- Proof of identity and authorization (if applicable)
- Proof of ownership of intellectual property
- Direct URLs of infringing listings

5. Monitoring & Enforcement
Our Quality Assurance team actively monitors listings. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice. In some cases, we may request compliance documentation (e.g., FDA, FCC, MSDS) before allowing the content to stay live.

5. Sanctions and Trade Compliance
5.1 Sanctions Laws
Users must comply with all applicable economic and trade sanctions, including but not limited to those administered by:
- The U.S. Department of the Treasury – Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
- The United Nations Security Council (UNSC)
- The European Union (EU)
- Any other national or international sanctions authority
5.1.1 Users shall not use the Platform in connection with any sanctioned jurisdiction, designated person, restricted entity, or prohibited activity.
5.1.2 Users shall not attempt to evade, circumvent, or violate sanctions laws, including through false declarations, mislabeling, routing transactions through third parties, or any other indirect methods.
5.2 Export Controls
5.2.1 Users must comply with all export control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and EU Dual-Use Regulations.
5.2.2 Users are solely responsible for determining whether any goods, technology, or services require export licenses or are restricted based on destination, end-user, or end-use.
5.3 Drugs, Chemicals, and Controlled Substances
5.3.1 Users shall not list, promote, offer, or negotiate any narcotics, controlled substances, precursor chemicals, restricted pharmaceuticals, or hazardous materials in violation of applicable laws, including U.S., UN, and EU regulations.
6. Listings and Marketplace Integrity
6.1 Users represent and warrant that all Listings are lawful, accurate, and that they have full authority to offer the listed goods or services.
6.2 Trade 4 Deals reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, block, or restrict any Listing or Content that appears to violate applicable law, sanctions, safety requirements, or these Terms.
7. Fair Usage of the Platform
Trade 4 Deals Fair Usage Policy
At Trade 4 Deals, we are committed to providing a professional, reliable, and secure platform where global buyers and sellers can connect efficiently and ethically. To maintain the quality and integrity of our services, all users must adhere to this Fair Usage Policy (FUP) in addition to our Content Policy, Terms of Use, and Membership Agreements.
1. Purpose of the Fair Usage Policy
This policy is designed to:
- Prevent abuse of Trade 4 Deals messaging and buyer database features
- Ensure equitable access to platform resources for all users
- Protect the user experience by deterring spam, misuse, and unsolicited messaging
2. Scope of Application
This Fair Usage Policy applies to all Trade 4 Deals members, including but not limited to:
- Free and Premium sellers
- Agents using the platform to reach potential buyers
- Any user accessing contact information, message center, or leads
3. Acceptable Use of Buyer Database and Messaging Tools
We provide unlimited access to qualified buyer inquiries, product requests, and messaging tools. However, this access is granted under the following fair and responsible usage conditions:
✅ Allowed Behavior:
- Sending relevant and personalized messages to buyers based on their inquiries
- Following up within a reasonable time frame (1–2 follow-ups max)
- Ensuring that product offers are aligned with buyer interests
- Respecting buyer preferences, especially opt-outs
4. Prohibited Behavior (Violations)
❌ Spamming Buyers:
- Sending bulk or identical messages to a large number of buyers
- Sending irrelevant or misleading product offers
- Using Trade 4 Deals contact information to spam buyers via off-platform channels (e.g., WhatsApp, email, SMS)
❌ Misuse of Buyer Data:
- Downloading or scraping buyer data for third-party marketing
- Sharing buyer contact details externally without consent
- Automating messages using bots or unauthorized tools
❌ Deceptive or Aggressive Messaging:
- Pretending to be Trade 4 Deals staff or misrepresenting your company
- Pressuring buyers with persistent or threatening language
- Offering prohibited items, counterfeit goods, or violating trademarks
5. Enforcement & Penalties
Violations of this Fair Usage Policy can result in warning from Trade 4 Deals compliance team or suspension/termination of Trade 4 Deals services based on the severity of the violation.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you believe another user is violating this policy or misusing the platform, please report the activity to:

7. Right to Review and Modify
Trade 4 Dealsreserves the right to:
- Monitor user behavior to enforce this Fair Usage Policy
- Temporarily or permanently limit access to messaging/database features
- Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
*Buyer information is protected. In compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and local data protection laws, we do not display buyer phone numbers, emails, or company names. Please use the platform messaging system to contact buyers securely.

8. Financial Transactions
8.1 Trade 4 Deals does not process, receive, hold, transfer, or control funds or financial instruments.
8.2 All payments, refunds, credit terms, chargebacks, and financial disputes exist exclusively between Users, and Trade 4 Deals has no responsibility or liability for them.
8.3 All premium membership services are strictly non-refundable once activated. This is because the associated resources, administrative efforts, and marketing activities are initiated and allocated immediately toward the promotion, visibility enhancement, and servicing of the premium member’s account. Accordingly, no refunds shall be issued after service activation, whether partially utilized or not.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade 4 Deals disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
9.3 Trade 4 Deals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or regulatory penalties.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade 4 Deals from all claims, damages, losses, fines, penalties, and expenses arising from your Content, Transactions, or violation of law.
11. Suspension and Termination
Trade 4 Deals may suspend or terminate any account or Listing that creates legal, regulatory, financial, or operational risk to the Platform or its users.
12. Cooperation with Authorities
Trade 4 Deals may disclose information to regulators, law enforcement, courts, or government agencies, including OFAC and customs authorities, as required by law or legal process.
13. Intellectual Property
All Platform software, trademarks, logos, and content belong to Trade 4 Deals. Users grant Trade 4 Deals a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute their Content.
14. Amendments
Trade 4 Deals may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
